Job Description / Responsibility
- Selling of company’s financial liability products and supervising Deposit Associate Team to achieve challenging sales targets.
- Managing and coordination of sales and service related activities.
- Undertake major initiatives to achieve set targets.
- Achieve individual and team annual sales target.
- Maintaining & developing relationships with existing & potential clients.
- Ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure collection of all documents from the respective clients and also concerned regarding the authentication of those documents.
- Work closely with liability marketing functions in the company to improve overall deposit collection.
- Communicate with customers and potential customers for sales opportunities and help organize sales promotions.
- Ensure compliance with preventing money laundering.
- Lead team members towards the achievement of the targets set by the management from time to time.
